Hi, I'm Leo and nothing excites me like food does.

It brings people together, no matter where they come from. It is in every occasion we celebrate, it ignites memories, it's comforting, it brings joy like nothing else. ​Growing up in Israel I was exposed to the vibrant markets and richness of the Mediterranean kitchen, gathering ingredients, techniques and flavors from different parts of the world. Years after, that experience is with me when I visit the Farmers market seeking for the freshest produce and inspiration when I build a new menu.

The kitchen is where I come to create, the plate is my canvas. Food is my Passion, let me share it with you.
